Why buy used or 'refurbished'? Excellent value and battery life seems excellent, too. Took the phone to Verizon and got a free sim card. Activated it all, restored it from ICloud back-up and it is running perfectly. This is a much better way to upgrade IPhones than buying a new $700 6 or 7. This phone came with original plastic wrap and new charger and cord. Already recommended this to my daughter and a friend

I LOVE my new iPhone 5c. I was able to navigate and master the phone, A supreme easy to carry around and a charger I bought with it works extremely well. The Best part is knowing how many messages you have on both voicemail and text. The apps are even better.
I Will recommend it YES.

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it! I'm thinking about getting myself one now. The only downside to this phone is I didn't know it needed a nano SIM card but that was easy to get. Great battery life and she's loving all the speed of an iPhone.

Nice phone for my Mother. Saved $200 over buying same phone from Verizon! I checked with Verizon first to make sure it was the right network and they would let meactivate it for her. Only cost about $40 plus the phone. Great deal and exactly as advertised.

I bought it for my wife and she loves it. She even loves the pink color. Everything works perfectly. She really loves Siri, We've never had a phone with that feature before. The phone arrived in good condition and within the promised amount of time.
